Open all year, this new complex is comprised of four luxurious split-level apartments and one villa, all stone-built, which can accommodate up to five persons each. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with a common bathroom. On the upper floor is the living room, featuring a big veranda overlooking the enchanting sunset of the Ionian Sea.  It also has a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, freezer, glassware, pans, china, and cutlery) and a big WC with washing machine.

Located just three kilometers south of the attractive seaside holiday resort of Marathopolis (Messinia), at the "Barla" location, a short distance (300m) from a marvelous small beach. Possible excursions include Pylos, with the Venetian castle (12 km), Methoni, with one of the biggest castles of Mediterranean (22 km), the palaces of the legend king Nestor and the museum of mycenaean period (Chora, 15 kms), the waterfalls of Neda river (40 km) and the beaches of Romanos and Voidokilia.
